The decision stage is the third and final stage of the buyer's journey.

Once in the decision stage, buyers should have a list of potential companies compiled to further evaluate and narrow down until they select the one they're ultimately going to purchase from. 

At this stage, buyers are often seeking content like:

  • Live Demos
  • Reviews
  • Consultations

The decision stage completes the final step of the buyer's journey, evolving from initial awareness and subsequent consideration.
