The decision stage is the third and final stage of the buyer's journey.
At this point, the buyer is aware of exactly what his or her problem is and how it should be resolved. Now, the decision lies in choosing which company to purchase a particular product or service from.
Once in the decision stage, buyers should have a list of potential companies compiled to further evaluate and narrow down until they select the one they're ultimately going to purchase from.
