“The needs of a business change dramatically as it scales. Our mission at HubSpot is to create a comprehensive platform that starts free and grows with you over time, so you can focus on what’s most important–acquiring and delighting customers.” -JD Sherman, President and COO of HubSpot

Since INBOUND '18, HubSpot has announced some awesome new features across their four subscription tiers: Free, Starter, Professional and Enterprise. The team gathered together to dish about our faves.

HubSpot Tier Updates

1. Brand Domains

With Brand Domains, you can host content, report, and set specific permissions on more than one domain.

For example, we could get separate traffic reports for GIF OF Maury Povich noddingmoreycreative.com and maurycreative.com (if we felt so inclined to own and post content on that domain). Enterprise only.

2. Team Hierarchies

A long-awaited feature, Hierarchies creates parent/child relationships within teams, enabling users to manage multiple teams without overlap between them. Enterprise only.

3. Content Partitioning

Content Partitioning makes it easy for admins to set permissions so teams only view, edit and access content relevant to them. Enterprise only.

4. Single Sign-On

A simple yet incredibly useful feature, Single Sign-On (SSO) makes it so you only have to use one account to log into the systems your business uses. Enterprise only.

5. Custom Slack Notifications

Connect HubSpot with Slack to submit tasks and tickets, trigger notifications, or receive incoming chats. Starter and above. With Enterprise, you have the ability so send notifications through workflows.

6. Wistia Integration (Video Hosting)

The new Wistia integration enables video hosting, and with it, the ability for inline forms and CTAs. Data analytics are available on an individual's contact records. Starter and above.

7. HubSpot Growth Suite

The Growth Suite isn't beholden to any specific tier, it's available for Starter, Professional and Enterprise, alike. This bundles the Marketing, Service and Sales hubs into a singular, affordable package for businesses to utilize. The suite is discounted at 25% off the regular standalone prices.

Tune into this episode for a comprehensive discussion of new tier highlights.
